1. What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use a set of downloadable digital documents (the "Pack") in your own pet-care business. You are not buying ownership of the files. The License page sets out exactly what you may and may not do.
2. Delivery
The Pack is delivered as an instant download after payment, and remains available in your customer portal. No physical item is shipped.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable tax. Payment is handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your receipt.

5. Not legal or tax advice
The Pack is a plain-language starting point for paperwork and recordkeeping. It is not legal advice and it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Requirements for service agreements, liability releases, liability caps and veterinary authorisation vary by jurisdiction. Have the agreement documents reviewed by a qualified professional in your jurisdiction before you rely on them. You are also responsible for deciding whether pet-care services are taxable where you operate.
6. No warranty
The Pack is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it is suitable for your particular business or that it complies with the law in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Pack is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you make your purchase.
